How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Once you place your order, we take about 2–3 working days to pack and dispatch it. After dispatch, the courier usually takes around 5 working days to deliver, depending on your location.
What if I receive damaged products?
We pack everything with care, but in case something arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make sure to compensate for it. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept damage claims after 24 hours.
Can I cancel or return my order?
No, we do not accept cancellations once the order is shipped. Returns are also not possible, so please place your order thoughtfully.
Are your products always in stock?
Yes, our products are regularly available. If something goes out of stock, we restock it quickly—so brands can count on us for consistent supply, even in the long run.
