Delivery Timings:

Orders typically take 2-3 days to process and ship. We have partnerships with various shipping providers, including Dehlivery, Expressbees, and more. This enables us to serve over 40,000 pin codes across India. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We prioritize every order and make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. However, there may be instances where delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Invalid, incorrect, or incomplete address provided
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters causing a delay. For remote locations where shipping service is limited, it may take longer than expected.

If our shipping partners do not have service in your area, we may have to cancel the order.

Note: Our system will use the carrier with service at your delivery location.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process and are calculated based on the package weight, shipping method, and destination.

Order Delivery Time:

5-7 days for metro cities

7-9 days for non-metro cities

Up to 10-12 days for remote locations

Shipping Damage:

If your package arrives with damage, please make a note of it when signing for receipt and report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours.

When the courier is present:

  1. If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, inform the courier and request to inspect the contents. After signing for receipt, inspect the contents in the presence of the courier and make sure to note any damage found. If possible, also obtain the courier’s contact information. Snap photos of the damaged package and contact our customer support within 24 hours with all relevant details, including photos and a signed POD copy if available.
  2. If the outer packaging appears intact but you suspect damage to the contents, inform the courier and request to inspect the contents. After signing for receipt, inspect the contents in the presence of the courier and make sure to note any damage found. We recommend you contact our customer support within 24 hours with all relevant details, including photos and a signed POD copy if available.
  3. If the courier has left and you find the outer packaging and contents damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours with all relevant details, including photos and a signed POD copy if available.
  4. Might have micro scratches due to storage packaging and delivering of goods throughout the process; this is unavoidable
